Dr. Ghalib received his Computer Engineering Bachelors, Masters, and Ph.D. from Anna University, India. He has a vast experience of 14+ years in academics & research with the top-ranked universities like Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT) University & Anna University in India. While at VIT, he also held additional responsibility as Assistant Director, International Relations where he was involved in developing academic & research collaborations with many International Universities in Oceania Countries (mostly in Australia & New Zealand) and with some European countries as well. He has experience working on Erasmus+ Staff & Student exchange programmes. He was nominated for Erasmus+ staff exchange to Middle East Technical University (METU), Turkey & Mykolas Romeris University (MRU), Lithuania in 2017 & 2018 respectively. He is currently a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University (DMU), Dubai. He has published 50+ peer-reviewed research articles including SCI & Scopus indexed International Journals apart from Book chapters & numerous conference proceedings. He is an active IEEE senior member from the R10 region and involves himself in its various technical activities. He is also an active member/life-member of professional societies like Computer Society of India (CSI), Society of Industrial & Applied Mathematics (SIAM), Indian Science Congress Association (ISCA) & Manchester Literary, and Philosophical Society (Lit & Phil). He has been collaboratively working with many researchers globally in various areas of research predominantly in the health care domains of Data Science Technology, Cyber Security, IoT & Bioinformatics, ML & Artificial Intelligence.
