Having experience from both the education and business sector which fit extremely with the market requirement. My key teaching and research merits are in the areas of industry 4.0, international business, Innovation, strategic management.

My academic interests are rather eclectic and revolve around Innovation & Entrepreneurship, international business strategy, technology, private sector intervention in conflict resolution, private sector collaborative strategies and stakeholder theory. Research wise, I have a good mix of Qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to investigate the intersection between business management and innovation and to enhance our understanding of, and engage with, the collaboration between the private sector, Universities, public sector, non-government organisations concerned with, but not exclusive to, initiating strategies to respond to, business demands, and mitigate the impact of competition and increase market shares.
