Dr. Adham Fayad

Dr. Adham Fayad is a DBA holder with more than 15 years of industry experience in various fields and different markets. (including USA, KSA, UAE, Qatar, and Lebanon). His corporate experience is substantial considering that he has worked with some of the largest groups/organizations in the Gulf Region such as Al Fardan, Hoshan Pan Gulf, AL Ghurair, and Al Naboodah.

In the fall of 2022, Dr. Fayad decided to make the shift from industry to academia. He started his academic career by serving as an adjunct faculty at a number of universities in the UAE, before finally making the full transition and joining DMU in the fall of 2023.

In addition to what was mentioned above, Dr. Adham is a business consultant, a turn-around specialist, and a member of the Harvard Business Review advisory council.
